The event focused on promoting long-term livability and vitality within communities, counties, and the broader region.

This important gathering brought together local leaders, policymakers, nonprofit organizations, and housing advocates to examine current housing challenges and explore opportunities across the state.

Held in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hotel, the luncheon highlighted key data trends, the rising demand for affordable housing, and practical strategies for sustainable community development.

The keynote address was delivered by Mr. Morgan Boyd, Special Assistant to the Secretary of the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development.
