The ISC organized a multicultural community orientation on Friday March 28, 2014 to inform the refugee and immigrant communities of local available legal services.

Mr. Brad Winnick, Director of the Dauphin County Public Defender’s Office, and Ms. Rhodia Thomas, Executive Director of Mid-Penn Legal Services, came to speak about their respective missions, programs, and services to a group of refugee and immigrant leaders.
