From February to May 1984, the ISC has provided training and technical assistance in Leadership Development and Conflict Resolution to the Philadelphia Urban Coalition and the Southeast Asian Mutual Assistance Associations (SEAMAAC) Coalition to help alleviate racial tensions between the African-American and Asian communities in Philadelphia.
