Event info – If you entered the United States before your 16th birthday as an undocumented immigrant and you have been living continously in this country since June 15, 2007, you may be eligible for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) Program.

A team of Pro Bono Immigration Lawyers, BIA Accredited Representatives, and Interpreters will assist you in completing the DACA application package free of charge.

Please have the following documents or information ready:

• Your Birth Certificate (with English translation)
• School ID or Passport (if applicable)
• Proof of school enrollment
• Diploma or GED
• Proof of entry prior to age 16
• Proof of residence since June 15, 2007
• Certified Court Disposition of all criminal offenses (if applicable)
• 2 passport-size photos
• Check or money order for $464.00 made to the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services for processing fee
