To increase the awareness of the local refugee and immigrant communities regarding the diverse programs and services offered by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, the ISC had organized a Community Orientation event on Friday, June 27, 2014, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Ms. Carmen Medina, Chief of the PA Migrant Education Program and Ms. Pamela Kolega, Program Officer of the Refugee School Impact Program took turn in presenting the various aspects of their respective program.
